It's easy to take care of just one voltage, but I don't think that is good enough. What bothers me is how to realize FB's for current and charge controlling on TL494 control pins (error amps). I will disable that 2003 IC, and add my pcb control with TL494, new main transformer, new FB's, and new output filtering. There I have supply for IC, driving transformer, power transistors taken care. OK so I have idea how to realize SMPS for tubes with for anodes 200V and 20V for heating.
